Warranty Policy – MORE4SAFETY.COM
Effective from: 01/12/2023
1. Warranty Coverage
Products sold on MORE4SAFETY.COM are covered by a Legal Guarantee under applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of manufacturing defects or non-conformities, the warranty is exercised by the Manufacturer of each item in accordance with legally established methods and timeframes.
2. Legal Guarantee Terms
Customers must notify MORE4SAFETY Customer Service of any visible defect or flaw within 2 (two) weeks of its discovery.
Once notified, the customer is entitled to request a repair or replacement of the item, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
The Legal Guarantee applies for 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty claims will only be processed with valid proof of purchase.
3. Professional Installation Requirement (When Applicable)
For safety and security-related products that must be installed properly to function as intended — such as:
Surveillance systems
Alarm systems
Access control solutions
Electrical components
Outdoor and indoor security lighting
Automation or integrated safety devices — warranty coverage applies only when the product has been installed by a certified or licensed professional.
To validate the warranty, MORE4SAFETY may request:
An installation certificate
A receipt or invoice from a licensed installer
Other verifiable documentation proving professional installation
⚠️ Claims may be declined if installation was carried out incorrectly or if no professional documentation can be provided.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to:
Products that have been repaired or altered by the customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer.
Malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use contrary to product instructions or safety regulations.
Damage from power surges, water exposure (where not IP-rated), accidents, or negligent use.
Consumables (batteries, bulbs, fuses) unless defective at delivery.
Cosmetic wear or normal product aging.
Items with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or warranty seals.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Email support@more4safety.com with the subject line:
“Warranty Claim – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
Include the following:
Description of the issue
Photos or videos that clearly show the defect
Valid proof of purchase
If applicable: proof of professional installation
Step 2: Claim Review
Our team will evaluate your claim within 10 business days and inform you of the outcome.
Step 3: Return Authorization
If the claim is accepted:
You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
The product must be shipped within 7 business days, with original packaging (or secure equivalent) and all accessories.
Step 4: Inspection
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product within 20 business days. If the issue is confirmed:
We will repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion.
Step 5: Resolution
If the product is covered under warranty, we cover return shipping for the fixed/replaced item.
If the claim is not approved, you may request return of the item at your own cost.
6. Legal Notice & Jurisdiction
MORE4SAFETY.COM assumes no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product failure, misuse, or incorrect installation.
Unauthorized returns (without a valid RAN or returned after the deadline) may not be processed and could be discarded.
This warranty is governed by the laws of Latvia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
